Yeah, I'll completely agree that the contingency plans are necessary. Even if they never fully turn evil; mind control, parallel worlds and just other villains with the same powers as the heroes would be other ways in which they would come in handy. The problem is that Batman hid them from the rest of the League. If he had called in a meeting and expressed his concerns and had told them "like it or not these plans exist", then the League would've at least be more understanding. He doesn't have to tell them what the plans are or where they are, since that would defeat their purpose, but letting your friends know that in case they were mind controlled you has a quick way to take them down with little collateral damage would've made all the difference. From the League's point of view, one of their friends went behind their backs to take them out because he believes they'll turn evil one day... and then tgose plans were used against them. They're too hurt and betrayed to think of the situation logically.

5:30 This isn't inaccurate, however, in the Flash's case, he can go from 0-100 5 minutes ago while Supes needs time to build up his speed. The Flash uses the Speed Force to instantly break through most all of wind resistance and instantly jump to light speed if he so chooses. You see it all the time in the show in fact. Anytime Flash dashes off somewhere, you see how quickly he starts. Whereas Supes is often shown having to build up speed. Theoretically (also likely has happened in the comics), The Flash could kill Supes before Supes could react. I only found this out recently so I had to nerd out a bit lmao

To be fair to Superman, the likely reason as to why he didn't dodge the bullet is because he wasn't expecting it, he's Superman bullets do negative damage, they're more likely to heal him than hurt him so he's in no danger of getting hurt when shot so he has no reason to dodge, it's just that this time he was shot with a kryptonite bullet which weakens him enough for the bullet to pierce and he wasn't expecting the bullet to be anything other than a normal bullet, it's like not flinching because you're expecting to be shot with a blank but the blank was switched with a real bullet. Superman could not have known until it was too late. And while I agree Spiderman would have dodge it but that's only because not matter what type the bullet was it would have killed Spiderman regardless so he would have every reason to not get shot.
