It's awesome. If you can, share it on social media platforms.
Instead of vocab “use this in a sentence” homework assignments in Elementary School, students ought to be shown Shots of Awe.

I’m not sure having the average person read philosophy would be a bad thing. They might actually learn to think for themselves.

About 25 years ago an artist acquaintance told me that he was aware there was a word or phrase for the experience of being absolutely overwhelmed in the presence of a great and affecting work of art. I was intrigued because I'd recently had that experience upon entering a room full of paintings by master Botticelli in the Uffizi in Florence, Italy. To my surprise I had to fight back tears, I was floored, completely overtaken by the beauty and accomplishment of all these great works of art gathered in one salon. But my friend couldn't remember the phrase he'd heard. This video answered that question well enough for me all these years later. "Aesthetic arrest." I laughed a little because it almost sounds like a serious medical condition, but it works for me. Thank you for this passionate and wise video.

Dean E. You’re fortunate. Some people never get to experience the aesthetic depth of such emotion. I think in such cases where we feel this the ego must drop away and a oneness happens.

i have heard again this video that i loved and when you speak about the tears when we cry not like when we suffering i understand it at why you pick up this subject but when we cry when we are in suffering its also a apeal to some help that can anyone heal that pain sometimes we cant be able to expalin it when even someone try to help us... but when we cry its like rain that the land are with thirst whent the earth need help the skys cry and that rain waters or rain tears heal the landscape when she are in pain ..... and look how beutifuly this are sometimes we cry with our tears for some pain of who we loved or care sometimes this tears can heal others when we are unable to help .... how mysteries this kind of magestic loved can be expalin it ... but we knowing even in the nature hinself .... Maria also cry at the feets of crist the sufering of her son at the cross, but how pain was to deal it both.... how mysteries this beutys are hidenn from us with other perpectives of views when we not see beyond of our inner love that are around of us ....

I think this is the first time ever I have seen Jason choose a lower vibration explanation. Or perhaps the first time I see way beyond the words and ideas he chose to describe the limitless. If beauty awakens religion in you that's good. But if it awakens spirit in you, that's grand! Putting price on the creation or manifestation of humankind, such as in the form of art, limits its beauty. Creation is priceless and putting only cash value, which in and of itself is meaningless, onto art feeds the marketing delusion of greed that keeping it for oneself is the goal vs knowing that beauty cannot be put in a box for only a few to behold. McKenna didn't say those words first. Indeed no one can own words of beauty, like art, because they belong to the universality of consciousness. They must remain free to be temporarily possessed by anyone who experiences them so the fullness of beauty can be felt in all its wonder, as the universe intended. Oh I love you Jason and the fuel of passion that is uniquely yours, unmatched by any other human being I have ever encountered is beauty to behold. True beauty. Just to have that expression power of wonder you have the courage to express is beyond inspiration. It is magnificence.

Catharsis. Flow and Ster. A decade later.. That's the word I learned from all this. Self-actualization is introspection. It's not a movie. Rise above this. Feel the jolt. Beauty is dual. Humble a hurricane and jot for joy. Puzzle in progress. Thanks!!

The content is still powerful, but the editing and production value of the the earlier videos added memorable visuals that helped me remember and process them.

He gets a lot of attention and I agree with a lot of what he says...seems like he's accumulating quite the cult following. I've heard some things he said that make it seem like he is defending sexual harassment... I'm guessing his followers will agree and that's disappointing. I guess I should have expected less.

YES..Beauty matters..aesthetics matter!!!!....it is so sad how it is dissapearing from our streets and homes...with quantity taking over quality....world is getting filled with aestetically unpleasant objects, immages and people...yes people....women are losing their touch in promoting and showing their beauty....because of so called equality they shed their feminity that was once sooo beautiful....BUT the one who cares and understand power of beauty on our souls is luckily still able to do so...still....amen to that...
