Love these videos with Cord he’s solid. I could listen to him tell stories for days he very entertaining and inspirational. Its usually a cycle of going to jail/prison for years, getting out going home, then going back to jail/prison because they cant find jobs. Nobody wants to hire felons. Cord is making a change in that cycle!! Love this video Joe! 😊😎

Shit when I got out I got a job at Wendy's and when my background check finally came in they wanted to fire me grown ass man work at Wendy's just trying to feed my daughter and take care of my lady about to get fired from a freaking wendys

You just had to say it as it is and say I had to let them go or I would jeopardize my job and I’m not willing to loose my job for that guy! You should have a meeting before every shift and tell those men don’t let me or my supervisors see you messing up then you’re going to be terminated! No questions asked! Don’t screw me! Don’t make me look bad! I’m not going to put up with it! Anyone want to listen or leave!
