HOW BIKES ARE MADE || START TO FINISH || Polygon Bikes factory visit

During my recent visit over to Indonesia to my friends in Polygon Bikes I was fortunate enough to get a full factory visit. I have always been interested in what goes into building a bike from scratch. What materials they use? How do the tubes arrive? Are they hand welded? etc

Hey BikesOnline, i have a question. Do you guys get polygon bikes delivered in the polygon box, and you repackage them? Do they send it to you in a bikes online box, or are the bikes and parts shipped separately, and you assemble them yourself?

@@benrozema8007 Great question! Bikes Online has its own little section at the factory. So the boxed Polygon Bikes that normally get shipped out get sent to our section then we take them out of the box, inspect them, check them over using our own QA/QC checklist, and then reboxed in our box and packaging. In the past we used to do it in our warehouse but the BikesOnline team in the Polygon factory made fewer mistakes and were faster too!

Polygon only makes polygon bikes but this factory which is Insera Sena makes Marin bikes also.
