Apparently you can't make a Bitcoin video without the bots raiding the comments

All the top comments are scam bots. Very weird. I haven’t watched the video yet. But yes, PoW is a very compromised system. CPU’s = power = green h gas You got a few billion$ to dominate the market and have more power than 50% of the network? You can break bitcoin too

@@EverythingScience I hope it helps with the algorithm gods at the very least. Wanted to say your videos are super well made! And the bitcoin criticism is valid. That’s why Proof of Stake is so superior. If you have any crypto questions for future videos, let me know! I’ve probably spend 100s of hours researching and I own dozens of coins across multiple chains

There’s a lot of misconceptions in this video. Cryptocurrencies do produce a lot of products and services. Modern coins allow developers to host traditional databases, decentralized web servers, and contracts. And all new coins are significantly more energy efficient than Bitcoin, which was the only coin you used in your examples. The blockchain is in its infancy, and becoming much more efficient as time goes on. A significant portion of the internet is moving towards using the blockchain over traditional development, it’s not just about financial transactions. Comparing bitcoins energy efficiency to modern servers is like comparing the energy efficiency of computers in the 50’s and 60’s to today. It doesn’t make sense. Let the technology develop before shitting on it just because you’re tired of hearing about it.

Nice! You compared transaction to transaction in energy consumption. The next level of compression , should be to research the full carbon footprint of both transaction. Including the supply chain emissions, such as man power, buildings, cars, missionary, etc'. Then you will have a wider and more accurate comparison of global the warming potential in each transaction. I wonder what the results would be... super curious.... If you would like, I can help you with the carbon footprint research :).

bru you basically copied the infographic show's thumbnail style. I found your channel from an infographics show video
@EverythingScience2 жыл бұрын
It's an animated thumbnail with text. Animated thumbnails are really common on KZbin and most people use red, yellow, black, and/or white because it has high contrast. Infographics wasn't even the first channel to do thumbnails that way so like did they steal theirs too?
