My proud love for BL giving me a healthy focus since I was 18. For me feeling real emotions from pretty boys and men within a household that doesn't deal with heavy emotions, that's the most thankful I am to BL for comforting my heart. BL so lively giving me connection to finally connect with my own emotions healthily. I just love men being beautiful with each other.

That’s amazing to hear! It’s great how BL has helped you connect with your emotions and find comfort. ❤️

It's crazy how our BL journey is pretty similar even though I'm a random girl from the US lol. I also started with manga, then manhwa, then danmei. Although I kinda started danmei on accident because I was looking for something to help with studying Mandarin 😂. I haven't read 2ha yet though even though I've heard it recommended a lot. You've convinced me to start it!

That's what I love about nerding out!! It brings us all together regardless of where we're from!! 2ha contains a lot of pretty dark themes, but it's totally worth reading T_T I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! Also, good luck in your Mandarin studies!! ❤

had sooo much fun with this video! thankss it's refreshing to just fangirl about yaoi without discussing the matter, even tho as you said we do need to have our own critical thinking around this gender. hah thanks girl! it was great to see an adult fujoshi as passionate as me XD

adult fujoshi yayyy 🙌 it's pretty rare these days (unless people are ashame to admit it haha i'm really glad to know that you enjoyed the video!! ❤

Love love love 她們的故事! Can confirm that I watched to the end and found it entertaining! I had a similar BL journey, and no one in real life to talk about danmei with so this was really fun to listen to 😌 also massively relate to asking my parents what certain words mean/how to read certain characters and allowing them to come to their own assumptions about how straight the romance is 👀😂

Thank you for sticking til the end!! It's so nice to know that we share so many similarities in this wild ride 😂

i've been binging your videos and i'm so happy i discovered your channel!! it's great to see an authentic creator who doesn't follow trends and just displays their genuine interests. as an alt person into things like bl and kpop it's very hard to find creators who resonate with me so i support you

I agree with you 100% on The Untame. I didn’t watch it because I couldn’t stand the cgi, especially after watching the Donghua first. Have you seen the Donghua? It’s a masterpiece!

Yes!!! I LOVE THE donghua it's sooo good even tho there's literally almost no BL in it haha

Your mom being concerned about you reading and consuming straight romance while being blind to your bl mangas makes me thing she was probably one of those moms who see boys kissing and think "wow, they're good friends" 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I'm dying HAHAHA 😭😭😭 She's knows, surprisingly. But since I'm a girl, I guess she assume that BL won't "influence" me in any way 🤡
