And Shaan Prasher who is a certified Prabhas hater, recently did a podcast with Tried and refused productions guy, they both started clowning on telugu industry and Shaan Prasher said Kalki first half was utter garbage and atrocious and Prabhas was a Joker in the film. They are using Arshad's statement to completely discredit Prabhas and the film and Just highlight Amitabh Sir. The thing is in 1st half if you dont have light hearted sequences with Prabhas, the movie would have flopped because the 1st half was too dark with the story. Without the Prabhas's levity, the movie would be too uncomfortable in the 1st half. And Prabhas character was so well written, he is the only one having fun and enjoying life even when surrounded by such atrocious times , which is such a great lesson and a message.

And the first half is not at all dark for the Indian audience who grew up watching these type of dark themes so go find another reason to justify Prabhas’ horrible performance.

If you disagree it's okay, it's your opinion not facts, no need to get passive-aggressive about it. Indian audience did not grow up watching dark movies, now this is a fact, most indian audience grew up watching light hearted comedies/rom coms/family/action movies. I watched Kalki with entire family and discussed the movie with friend's family members as well, everyone said if Prabhas light hearted scenes were not there it would have been very uncomfortable for them for such heavy topic of killing pregnant women after breeding them specifically for that purpose. Idk if you watched in hindi and dubbing was not good, but inTelugu everyone I know really loved prabhas's timing. Prabhas horrible performance? lol..he did a great job doing subtle acting not being loud like some cringe actors. Stop projecting the hate you have for yourself onto others.
