Thanks for checking! I drove behind a Prius Prime in Utah once on rolling highway and his brake lights coming on as he coasted drove me crazy. The systems need to use common sense and only show brake lights in the same way as if hitting brakes manually.

Agree... Just slowing down the same amount as regular enging braking should not make it light up.. But when you regen more than just a little it should.. The B-mode actually will slow you down as if you downshift a regular car 1 or two gears and let go.. That can be pretty much.. So after a few seconds it would be good to have them go on... But to have them go on right away as soon as you slow down just a tiny bit as with E-pedal isn't good either..

I'd really like to know what happens when driving at higher speeds. In B mode, if there's no brake light coming on in highway driving that could be serious as the car behind won't have much warning that you are slowing down.

This would've been much better with a live energy consumption/regeneration bar, to my eyes, I didn't see the graph change once so there is no reference to how hard regen must be before the brake lights come on

Gives you more regen. Car uses the electric engine to "brake" a bit when releasing the throttle and it recharges the battery. (Not using the brake disks to slow down.)
