I like how you said in the next 5-7years. Often times a new wholesalers we think we will make six figures in the next 3-6months. I know it’s possible but not likely.

I believe he said Memorandum Release. This way you cloud title without being "in" the transaction but for the buyer to close they pay them a fee to release the memorandum.

50-70hrs a week and only making 115k/yr, ouch. I would have left too that’s only $30ish an hour. For 12hr shifts, no thanks.
