Worth mentioning about Maestra that I just thought of: When Rogue plays a Hero card from another class, Rogue becomes that Class, and then Tess will replay all of your ROGUE CARDS that you have played. This is already doable in wild by turning yourself into RAGNAROS

Some things to consider about Maestra. - She won't be able to get Rogue hero cards - She won't be able to hit Reno in the future (he is Neutral, not from another class)

Also, I didn't mention anything about chaining tourists from other classes. (Not trying to sound aggressive) Edit: ohhhh. Idkw I thought they were referring to just using the tourist card in general. Didn't even realize they were talking about chaining tourists together (already knew you couldn't do that anyway).

Rarran is gonna be kicking himself on his rating of the rogue location when he realizes how broken it is for rogues to be drawing 4 card for three mana easily. Its gonna get nerfed in like 2 weeks. Card is absolutely insane

It’s Kingpin Edwin’s effect but without the body, you can’t shadowstep it, and it’s capped at 4 cards. There’s precedent for this effect being strong (Edwin got nerfed to 4 mana) but without the ability to draw your whole deck and get a 20/20 body like Edwin allowed, I doubt it’ll be as gamebreaking as you insist.

while you are probably right, people are forgetting that warlock cards count towards all burgle effects. so if the warlock cards are good in rogue, this gets really spicy.

Interesting about maestra, if you use the hero card you become that class (e.g. guff makes you a druid) so every rogue card becomes a card from another class which can make for some interesting interactions

Most hero cards are just good actually. Theres very few total duds and its discover so the odds of all 3 of them being bad is very small.

From best to worst: there's Reno Relicologist, Alterac Tier (Except Bru'kan, the worst of these and that's not even close), Al'akir from Caverns, Death Knights (except poor Garrosh and Uther), Hagatha, Jaraxxus, Dr Boom and Zul'Jin. I would be unhappy only with 5 of these. And the pool will get even better when Headless Horseman rotates

I think the thing Rarran isnt thinking of it the miracle paladin potential here, double casting coins, and doubleing that 2 dmg spell. I smell some BS coming on where the paladin gets some vile Rouge like infinite/miracle type popoff with infinite mana.

14:09 tourist cards cannot be put into the deck of another tourist card. They dont get access to that, otherwise you could loop them and get warlock in paladin.

It's insane to me, how they designed the set. Designs themselves are fantastic ,but I think it's very hard to create cards,when you have to think about their potential in other classes... Everything is so hard to create and think through

Swordshiner sets the attack AND durability of a weapon so a weapon with one swing left gets a couple more durability at worst. Handbuff Paladin can get 2 extra swings with the paintbrush.

In an ideal situation Knickknack shack can kinda act like Gadgetzan Auctioneer, draw feeding into more draw. probably not consistent though since relies specifically on the topdeck being playable. Does it need to be consistent to be good though? probably not? There is an insane high roll where you can possibly take the risk for perfect draws to win the game e.g. drawing and playing prep with the expectation to draw into whatever your prep payoff is.

I think Conniving Conman is way stronger than it seems. With tourists it becomes a reliable effect and while it's not a crazy option, playing 2 of these in a row as paladin would fill your board with 4/4s for 8 mana, no?

Paladin with his tourist will able to play card “Oh, Manager!” to generate coin twice and play coin twice twice.. using 6 mana to cash back 4, deal 4 damage,tourist on a board and you have mana to play a bunch of sunscreens or whatever with refreshed crystals,seems kinda solid

Just to go magical christmas land for a minute Imagine this play: Turn 4 play the Sea Shill Turn 5 play Lynessa into Oh Manager then play both the coins to get 4 mana and play the Conniving Conman to play Oh manager again and get 2 more coins Like Shill and the Conman aren't required but it paints a picture of the synergy of these cards for paladin.

I feel like with Rogue at the moment, yes, there's some great card draw, but what are you really drawing into? There's no big finisher or combo that you're really looking to play, like Sif or Eonar, and this expansion doesn't seem to have changed that. There's still not even really any good pirates that you're excited to play with Goldbeard, which was the one thing I was expecting from this expansion.

Maestra is faster than Eudora many hero card cost 6 to 8 mana and are quite powerful eudora has to be played and then you must play other 3 cards to get 1 of the treasure and even with discover the pool is too diluted to find what exacly need you unlike Kazakusan that rebuild the deck with 5 discovered treasures .
