The number of people producing videos without the knowledge just bums me out, The Cartridge assembly is what you are trying to show. The 6 groves are not for stabilization it is for expansion of the hollow point, you would know that if you were a shooter I reload like many people and the cost of components is skyrocketing . But you should stay with things you know.

Technically the “grooves” open, if I said or used the word deform instead of expand or open its relevant based on ballistics. In the video it almost shows as if there’s rifling on the bullet, or that could just be from the bullet leaving the barrel and leaving an impression on the bullet. Not saying your wrong, just possibly been worded little better

You skipped steps like forming the lead bullet, especially wrapping the lead bullet in a copper jacket (thats the part i never see in these how a bullet is made videos), loading the powder etc.

They usually don't show the process in these videos. The lead wire is swaged (stamped) into bullet cores. The brass cups are stamped & stretched into bullet jackets. The lead core is inserted into the brass jacket, from either the front or rear, then crimped in. There's your bullet, now technically called a projectile. Not in the video is the other process of making bullets where they inject molten lead directly into the formed, brass jacket. That's a process generally used for premium hunting bullets where you want the lead core & brass jacket to fuse together.
