It needs a lot of time, when you make beats a lot and explore diffrent drum kits and instruments , you can identify sounds easily and most of the time especially in hip-hop sounds get recycled. And there are some overused chord progression in music, sometimes once you identify it you just need to know one chord and the rest become easy . I hope that Helps
