Bro, 1. First of all this investment scheme is also available to individual who is salaried. 2. For Rent--- I think you haven't heard HRA exemption 3. Petrol & Diesel expenses are also claimed by salaried persons 4. LTA(Leave Travel Concession) is available to salaried person 5. Food coupons can also become part of your allowance and you can save tax through that. There are mamy more allowances available for salaried persons.. Now come to Business 1. You have said depreciation claim is available and its legal.. Right bro, But that car should be used for business purpose only, If same car is used for personal purpose you are not allowed to get depreciation(expenses) for personal purpose. 2. You said GST is allowed for exemption(input credit), Correct bro.. Benficial for business. BUT business also have to pay GST on outward supply. At last I agree with your fact that business persons gives lower tax. BUT bro 1. They are evading tax by not issuing bills. 2. They are claiming false expenses to lower their income. 3. And its India, (yahan chori karna paap nhi pakdr jaana paap hai, Jis din pakde gye income tax, Gst, ED koi nhi chodega apko poori barat ke sath ayenge🤣🤣🤣 My Opinion regards to business or job... Do whatever you want to do man...🤣🤣
