The verpflichtungserklärung is not needed if the parents are self-sponsoring their visit right? In my case, I live in a 30sq.m apartment. So, obviously not fulfilling the 13sq.m per person condition. Can I still invite both my parents at the same time if they're sponsoring themselves?

regarding money. your parent can self sponsor also but space is a problem , u need a bigger place or hotel

Hi, thank you for the amazing video. I have a few questions though. Background: I am planning to bring my parents on tourist visa for 2 months. My accommodation is shared and small. I am not registered at the moment because I changed cities withinin Germany. Due to these reasons, I am not planning to invite them on visitor's visa. I am booking an AirBNB for them for a month in Germany and for the next month, we are gonna travel to France, Switzerland etc. Questions: 1. Can they get multiple entry tourist schengen visa? 2. They are both working and gonna prove their finances, NOCs etc. Would they get visa for 2 months? Or is it not likely on a tourist visa? 3.
