Thank you, Pastor Vlad! I was a famous New Age teacher, psychic and healer for 27 years. I came to Christ 2 years ago and walked away from it all. The Holy Ghost was very clear that I needed to simply turn my back on it all. I lived in Sedona, AZ and we sold our house and moved to a tiny town we had never heard of in Missouri, buying a house sight unseen on the internet. Every single step of the way, the Holy Spirit was there, telling me the next step-- but only when it was time to take it. It was a crash course in faith. I remember the first time I heard this sermon. My God opened up my eyes and I was just in utter Shock of how amazed it was to understand, how much I was seeking a friend a best friend actually.. and hearing this sermon honestly spoke to me so devinely I remember what i was doing and how my day went. That day it was an awakening ever since I’ve never been the same I don’t seek carnal friendships anymore I literally talk to the Holy Spirit every day all the time. I literally started balling my eyes when I found out and started asking him to forgive me bcus I did not realize he has been there since I can remember at a very young age. I would talk to myself have conversations with myself laugh by myself and me not knowing it was the Holy Spirit all along it brings so much joy and peace in my life that he’s always been my best friend. This is what I've been frustrated by for so long, and more recently worried by as I've learned more about God: I don't want to stay in my pigeon religion, which I thought was how it was to be at one stage. But as a teen going to youth events and being EXCITED for Jesus, and then coming home and all of that excitement is gone within a week. We called it the post-camp depression as a joke but I wanted to experience that closeness with God in the every day. I want to live *with* Jesus, not just going to church every Sunday. This is how I want to be, able to follow Him at the drop of a hat, living in His love.

The part where Vlad said “some of us die at 40 and we don’t get buried until we’re 70” struck a chord with me. At 40, I feel like I’m having to learn to live life a completely different way and the daily fight to keep going and contending for the dreams of my 20’s and 30’s gets harder by the day. Brothers and sisters, please be in prayer for my family. My 4 year old son was kicked out of school after being falsely accused of inappropriate conduct with another 4 year old. Even after he was cleared by DHS and it was discovered that the other child was doing this with other children, the school refuses to rectify the situation. As consequence, my wife (whom I am in the divorce process with) is wanting my son to live with her instead. Please, pray for The Lord's justice and mercy. Pray His will be done and He have favor on my home. I don't want to lose time with my little boy.

You need to find the proper church for you. I attended a mid-size church for about 10 years I volunteered for 3 years same thing each week two services. Never even received a thank you from the pastor Pastor who I wave to each week. When Christmas season I was invited to a different Church. I love it so many opportunities to serve. And in all seriousness. Father God we pray that you help this family be able to get to church if they are meant to get to church with Pastor Vlad this weekend. May nothing stop them, distract them, or prevent them. May their vehicles run smoothly as the blood of Jesus protects and may any maintenance that needs to be done in order for that smooth drive to happen, be fixed before then as a blessing to them. Amen. And if you truly are concerned consider AAA and make sure you bring anything you might need. We Drive our cars into the ground but that doesn’t mean we don’t make sure we have what we need and do proper maintenance; oil, breaks, air from cost-co in the tired, having jumper cables, collision insurance, something like AAA. Also leave early and if money is an issue pack food/water so your not wasting money at gas stations and restaurants.
