✅ Download FREE "The NMN Non-Scam Report" here: www.WellnessMessiah.com/NMN Some people here commented I'm trying to defend Sinclair. Seeing a point of view of someone before you criticize their work, isn't "defending" them. This approach demonstrates a commitment to fairness and objectivity in evaluating ideas and research. By attempting to understand someone's perspective before critiquing their work, you're engaging in a more thorough and balanced analysis, which is essential for meaningful discourse and scientific progress. When you see the full podcast, you will see that Nic and I actually dismantle many of these theories, far from supporting them. But you must see things from a different perspective first, in order to come full circle in your understanding. Everyone ages and loses their health as we speak unless you do something about it. Sinclair isn't relevant and won't change that. Aging and the loss of health are your real enemies. I stopped taking NMN under a year ago ( 73 yr. ). Slowly lost my energy and motivation. Less and shorter walks and gym workouts for months. SCARY ! I started taking it again and I'm getting my energy back. NAD levels must have bottomed out.

I take Niacinamide to help counter the effects of Photo aging (500 Milli grams) I also take 4 MG of astaxanthin and liposomal apigenin. since I have been taking these i have not needed any treatment (liquid nitrogen spraying) on pre skin cancer for the past two years!!!!!!!!! That is a massive improvement. I have never in the past 25 years of seeing a dermatologist for regular check ups gone TWO years without any treatments needed for pre skin cancer! for decades I would almost always need to get SPRAYED atleast once a year. NO NEEDS now since taking Niacinamide! I think this is a more economical way to BOOST NAD.

I've seen multiple research references which indicate lifestyle factors can normalize NAD+ or NAD+/NADH ,as well as other biochemical factors which are important to maintaining homeostasis and slow aging. Studies show, for example, that a reasonable amount of exercise elevates NAD+. (and immune function) as does mild CR or fasting which has many other benefits (DNA repair autophagy for example). Would really be good to pull these threads to together and hone in on levels effort at given ages to maintain these factors without relying on bottles of supplements. One additional thing about supplements, is that it seems much less efficient to throw in an exogenous bolus than have the body be stimulated to make what it needs at the right time given adequate substrates.

NMN should be taken sublingually.

long defended Sinclair with various theories about how NMN "still" helped despite clinical studies showing otherwise. Late shall the sinner awake. Nic you should stick to researchers and people with a relevant education at the bottom. Brad was one of the first to call Sinclair and got a lot of crap for it from all those he brainwashed. Messiah was more critical of Brad and was a Sinclair fan in the beginning

Brad Stanfield didn't cover NMN very well. He even ignored many studies that showed alot of benefits. Same applies to resveratrol

i am exactly sharing your opinin about Sinclair. One part is his research, which is very good, and he other part is his business approach. If he found a greedy dumb company paying 700 million without doing proper due diligence. congratuations ! :))) So, he is independent from the claws and dictate of big pharma, Nih etc forever. Regarding the information theory of aging: that's the needed step, but he doesnot take it far enough. Information fist needs a poper energy metabolism, and NAD+ is certainly at a key and master regulation position within the metabolic network, coupling the immun system via CD38 with energy production, and the cell's vitality fight against entropy. Energy production and the informational integration of mitochondria with the nucleus is key for understanding the flow of negentropy , the appearance of cancer and senescence, which are very similar in their etiology.

What about studies that shows heart issues and possible cancer if taking high amount Niacin/NR/NMN?
@paulharrisonadventuregearm54573 күн бұрын
NMN does far more good for the heart. B3 is different to NMN with respect to the heart..totally different. B3 increases homocysteine if you don't take other supplements to counteract it... homocysteine is deleterious to the heart and blood vessels

Dr. Brad Stanfield did a video on this a while back. He points out that NMN must be converted back into niacinamide before converted into NAD (I think) or something like that and it’s a bit of a scam. He basically says take vitamin B3
@paulharrisonadventuregearm54573 күн бұрын
I think Brad Stanfield is very wrong on that. Most studies show NMN directly converts to NAD+. There are many aspects wrong with Brad Stanfields critique of NMN and resveratrol

Hello! I think you two should go deeper and really find out if niacinamide is suddenly negative regarding NAD levels while all other forms of B3 are not? Don't think Matt Kaeberlain or others agree with you there. This shows how much influence Sinclair still has over you. Messisha wants to try to distance himself somewhat from Sinclair, but those of us who followed NMN closely know how it sounded when Stanfield stood alone against Sinclair and how Messiha and others more or less wanted to show that Standfield did not understand or misunderstand anything. Alternative explanations were put forward to support Sinclair's ideas… There's no going back on it now… Niacinamide included in so many supplements? That would be a scandal! although it has been shown to be good for skin health and is part of how NAD is recycled. When Messiah himself believes in the thesis and Nic nods in agreement... Your videos have dtor spread so I think you should clarify this and listen to more than Sinclair's theories
