Haryana has almost double the revenue. Only solution is increasing revenue. Revenue will increase only through industrialization. Industries will increase if corruption is reduced, ease of businesses, honest politicians, love for state, country.... Punjab has least Priority amongst all states regarding education,science,technology, higher education, research, IT, management, manufacturing, industrialization....

ਪਰਮ ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਮਿੰਟੂ ਬਰਾੜ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਸਹਿਤ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁੱਟਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਇਸਦੇ ਵਸੀਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਟ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਂ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਦੋਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਖੋ ਵੱਖ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਸੀਲੇ ਵੀ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਤਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਰਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੈ ਉਥੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਰੋਜੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਹੀ ਚਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਕਿੱਤਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਮਿਊਨਿਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹੈ ਵਪਾਰ ਉਹ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਉਹ ਚੌਦਿਆ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਵਵਲ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਸ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੜਾਵਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਸੀਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁੱਟਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਫਿਰਕਾ ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਲੁੱਟ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਬਹੁਤਾ ਫਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਇਸ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਰਤੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਧਰਨੇ ਮੁਜਾਰੇ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਕਸ਼ ਬਾਗੀਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਵਲ ਦਰਜੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਇਸੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਨੰਬਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਦਿਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਗਸਤਾ ਪੈਟਰੋਲਿੰਗ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਟਰੀਟ ਲਾਈਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਠੀਕਰੀ ਪਹਿਰੇ ਲਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਮੋਹਤਬਰ ਨੇ ਜਾਂ ਲੀਡਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਇਹ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਣ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਠੀਕਰੀ ਪਹਿਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹੀ ਭੱਤਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਾਈਡ ਕਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਰਾਖੀ ਪਿੰਡੂ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਠਾਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਭਗਤਾਨ ਦੱਬੇ ਕੁਚਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਰਨ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਪੋਲਸੀ ਮੇਕਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਈਏਐਸ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਬਾਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇਸ ਜਿਲਤ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੀਡਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨਦੇ ਹਨ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਖੇਤਰ ਲਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਫਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਲਸੀ ਮੇਕਿੰਗ ਆਈਏ ਅਫਸਰ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਭਰਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜਗਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਉਂਗਲ ਫੜਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਜੋ 40-45 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਅਫਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਮੁਨੀਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਵਾਰਸ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਹਨੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਗੁਫਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਰਜ਼ੋਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਰਨ ਤੇ ਸੌ ਸਾਲ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਿਹਰਬਾਨੀ

If Punjab is paid for the water from Punjab rivers, as per the normal laws, from Rajasthan and Delhi, it will make a big dent in State debt. Looting of Punjab resources must stop. Otherwise Punjab must take a serious decision to uniting with Pakistani Punjab to avoid state exploitation and discrimination in India.

Levy for panjab river waters running in many crores is due from non riparian states and the agreements with Haryana for River waters need to be reviewed and due share for panjab may benefit all Panjab farmers who had contributed betterment levy for construction of such dams. Even the electricity revenue is not generated from the states taking it. The centralization of states resources are the main cause and states should be given their due rights as India is a union of states., It is my humble submission

How much levy is paid to HP for its water. HP is using not even 1% of its water. Punjab is only state not paying royalty to HP for all the Dams in HP rest all states pay royalties to HP. Only problem is HP people are peaceful, hardworking ,nationalist, non aggressive, no victimhood tactics,chest beating tactics,.... and there is no regional party in HP. Both national parties of HP have interest in Punjab and they keep quiet.
