This taught me so much about meditation and life. Thank you. ❤️. I am amazed how much it did for me. Slowing down, wanting less, searching my own heart,

Brilliant truth. ✨ This is the path. There is no quick, easy route to purity and enlightenment. We want quick, easy achievements but Buddhism didnt evolve into the instant gratification path embraced in the West but this path is a gradual, beautiful unfolding. There is no shortcut to Nirvana 🙏

Thank you for sharing such deep insights on how to purify the mind like the Buddha. Your explanation of Ajahn Chan's teachings was truly inspiring and enlightening! 😇😇😇

i think we should read both hearts and books. first you must read books like a manual or to create new data in mind once you have enough to recognise the pattern then you read hearts. it’s my opinion as everyone has their own way of viewing. thank you

Everyone is originally a good person because human nature is innately good. Why then does a person turn bad? Because he or she follows bad examples and nobody taught him or her otherwise. This is the case of " One who mixes with vermilion will turn red : one who touches a black ink stick will be stained black." Everyone would like to receive teaching that exerts good and positive influence and that teaches him or her to accord with innate virtues. Everyone wants to be a good person: nobody wants to be a bad person. Don't want to be a good human, how can you learn Buddhism? Learning Buddhism is to become a Buddha. 🙏🙏🙏 Amitabha Buddha

I love listening to your videos. A small recommendation though. The thumbnail of this video shows the Buddha with long hair binding on top. Please remove it. The Buddha did not have long hair since he lived the life of a monk. The Buddha’s skull bone is raised a little bit which is a major characteristic of a sammasambuddha and is called Ushnisha. Thank you.

Daily practice is the way to progress. Even a little practice every day, brings a person a little nearer to his object, day by day.
