I tried to share the good news with my father and met with such a tough resistance and he said i have hidden agenda behind sharing. I proposed to my father let us study the Word of God - Bible together but he rejected outright. A father looking suspiciously at her own daughter telling you are trying to kill me through sharing and breaking his faith on his own way. I kept crying today. Why would I have any hidden or harmful agenda? Beloved Father in Heaven please strengthen me, it is not first time I am looked with suspicions. My physical brother did a lot of damage always instigating my parents against me. I pray and intercede for my parents and my son and pray for others who are praying for their loved ones to move their hearts as you touched mine. Amen!

I often wish for my family to be evangelized to by somebody other than me. I think in some cases it easier for them to hear it from a stranger than from family. I will pray for your dad. Please pray for my siblings.

@Ravinder Kaur & @DanK. Same here. We need to be strong, maybe it's not the time for them to accept. They have some issues, just continue your walk with Jesus & by our life, they may see Jesus in us. If not, it's not your fault, men have free will, God or we can't force anyone to believe in Jesus. All we need to do is to continue to pray, be a good witness, & don't burn bridge. In time of need, somehow or somewhere they will come to Jesus.

My heart resonates with your situation! I can relate - and due to our end time's conditions , many families are going through personality disorders ( like narcissistic type behaviors), and this can be responsible for the internal breakdowns in our spiritual and personal growth in the families. Constant prayer and careful biblical guidance is extremely important! My PRAYERS are for you and your family and wishes for a Super Faith build up to guide you all into peace. With Love - SHALOM BLESSINGS!!!

I would ask your father, after he accuses you of having a hidden agenda. I would ask him, " how did you come to that conclusion? Or what do you mean by that? Put the ball back in his court, so you can understand more and him as well.

Where family became resistant, Holy Spirit reminded me, of a famous saying"Share the gospel, when necessary use words" when i started living by example they became more receptive. Not there yet. Still praying for them

Jesus had something to say about this in Matthew 5:16, “let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven.“ walking out your faith is often the most important first step in getting those not on the outliers to want to know more about why you are the way you are. Then you can begin the conversation.

In this case, we need to pray that the Holy Sprit will soften their heart to hear the truth. Until the Spirit draws them they will not listen.

Its really difficult. I think we can only say a little to a rejecting person, and pray for them. But it's true the parable of the soils.
