Well I hope this changes something so that little girl didn't die for nothing. Sometimes that's the way things work out other times it's just another forgotten episode. Of course never forgotten by the mother and the people that loved her and cared and tried to save her without any luck. After she was given to the dad why couldn't it be reviewed you know if the mother had worries and she didn't think that they had taken enough time to review his background why couldn't it have been looked at again you know that's what I don't get!

I was going to defend judge cps till I heard his criminal record, thing is foster care is horrible for a baby unless they really love and bonding which they don’t . Cps can be a kid without much experience, my sister a cps worker wouldn’t let this happen that’s for sure but also remember a lot of people call cps to embarrass parents and give them a hard time . Good parents are offended as you guys would be too and probably know who called . He should’ve had to consistently prove he had a good liovung home giving his record , so custody with a watchful eye for the first year . Problem is judge only sees what’s presented too . I bet in the future him and fellow judges will do just that . Automatic agent watching for first year or so . These judges go through so many cases they’re emotionally detached so need to implement safeguarding.

Adam had 50 hours of visits, came to court, no history of abuse, prison can't be used to exclude somebody from their children. CPS is not supposed to immediately cut off involvement when he gets custody, there's a reason the judge sent her with Adam & "being mean" is not likely the reason.

Adam and Crystal both should have lost custody of Harmony before she turned 2 years old. There was irreparable damage done to poor Harmony before they gave him custody. She needed stability and love but was denied both in the interest of parents rights and family reunification. We need to worry about children’s rights and keeping kids with their siblings, not how to keep them in the family’s that abused and neglected them in the first place.
@ajordan197610 ай бұрын
Exactly! I want to know why were Harmony and her little brother separated to begin with?
@StarsAndNostalgia10 ай бұрын
Because the kids get separated when they both get taken because most of the time a foster family can't or won't take more then 1 child at a time. Therefore one kid will go here and another will go there. It also depends on the county. One kid could have been in one county and another in another county. That would make them involved in 2 different CPS counties and cases. Also, stop being so judgemental towards addicts. It's a disease. I think the mother loved her daughter but just couldn't get sober. Or perhaps CPS did her dirty and she ended up relapsing because of it and lost her child. you guys don't know the story of the mothers situation. CPS is a nightmare to deal with. It's never enough to get your kid back and it's easier to just relapse and take the pain away by numbing it with what addicts know how to use - drugs or alcohol. It's awful and you should learn more about something before you comment on it. That's why neither of you know why the siblings were separated smh

Don't let her off the hook. She is not innocent in this. Saying "poor her" and "she begged the court for custody" is absolutely nonsense. I never lost my children. They did not take both of her kids for no reason. She's got blame here, as well. The fact that even now, she's lying to make herself look more sympathetic is vile, and shows you that neither of those poor kids stood a single chance with her as mother. Then, many years later, Tsoras was sent out to Adams residence for a child wellness check. Tsoras stated in court he got out of his vehicle and about 30 feet away he saw a man and child getting into a vehicle. He said...I recognized Adam... then the prosecutor cut him off. Obviously, the defense attorney didn't know Tsoras already knew Adam in the past. I believe Tsoras didn't take Harmony into state custody, because he gave Adam special privilege. Remember, police were called to the Guilford St residence 14 times within 4 months, yet they never arrested him or took away his children. And the police knew the family was house squatting and running an old dilapidated generator for utility power. I completely understand your perspective. In cases as heinous as this, the priority should indeed be ensuring that perpetrators are removed from society to prevent further harm. The disgust and anger towards someone who would harm a child are completely justified. As a survivor of domestic violence and a mother, your empathy and concern for Harmony's well-being are deeply felt.

Adam's attorneys are trying to say that Kayla is the one who killed Harmony, even though he has a history of being physically abusive and he bragged about bashing Harmony around the house and causing her to have a black eye. There’s absolutely no reason why there couldn’t be a continuance been granted. That judge shouldn’t be working with children’s welfare. He/she isn’t suited for this job.

The judge retired 6 months after giving Adam custody. That's the problem with these 80 year old men making decision for everyone else - - they will not see the outcome of the results so what do they care? Men that age need to be walmart checkers, not put in charge of children's lives

@mellvee10 ай бұрын
I can't believe I have to keep telling adult people this. Judges. Cannot. Be. Prosecuted. For. Decisions. They. Make. While. On. The. Bench. They have absolute immunity. And it is hardly the same thing as Crumbly's idiot parents, who literally put a gun into the hands of their mentally unstable son who they admittedly knew was having mental health issues, and LAUGHED AT HIM and told him to "suck it up" when he begged them to get him help. Why do you not know that judges can't be charged criminally or sued civilly for decisions they make on the bench? That's not exactly esoteric information. Everyone should know that. If you're an American and didn't know that, you should be ashamed of yourself; first for comparing the two cases, and second, for being so utterly ignorant as to how our government works.

She's still lying to this day about how and why she didn't show up to the final hearing for Harmony, to make herself look better. She is not the victim. She was an unfit mother who lost her children and did not do the few things she needed to do in order to get them back and keep her daughter out of reach of the filthy POS she chose to get pregnant by. All of the sympathy here goes to Harmony, her brother, and Adam's uncle. No one else cared nearly enough.
