Sany Excavator Factory - Production Chinese Excavators.
Sany Heavy Industry Company is a Chinese multinational heavy equipment manufacturing company headquartered in Changsha, Hunan. It is the 3rd-largest heavy equipment manufacturer in the world, and the first in its industry in China. The Sany Company produces excavators, crawler cranes, and other products.
Sany Heavy Machinery (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., in the city of Kunshan is the unit in charge of excavators.
This is Kunshan factory in China, where assembly workers has to Hand-Building Sany excavators. Here are produced of medium, large hydraulic excavators in the range of 7 to 220 tons.
One of the largest and most advanced excavator factories in the world.
Built from scratch here in the greater Shanghai industries owned at a cost of a half a billion euros. Sany the Chinese market leader manufactures new high-tech excavator seat up to 40,000 each year.
The Kunshan factory site. Almost a million square meters in size. The manufacturing operation split between three buildings and it all starts here at the back of building one.

Cummins has huge manufacturing plants in China and India, none of the Cummins engines used in Asia are made in the U.S, they are made in China or India. There are also some large manufacturers of Chinese branded diesel engines, but they are not popular abroad due to part’s availability

Chinese manufactured products have mostly earned the title 'Chinese rubbish' because so much of it is in fact poorly made and it appears there is no quality control. Are these excavators any different ? 'Chinese rubbish' is a title they have earned . If they want the world to take their products seriously they need to show the world just how good -------- 'ALL' -------- their products can be. Then we will have the confidence to buy Made in China. From personal experience I avoid Chinese made products like the plague.

XCMG and Sany are to large construction equipment producers with global sales. They are on the Top 10 list for a reason. Even Cat, Deere and Komatsu make equipment in China, not hear many questioning their quality… iPhone is a good example of a Chinese made product that is considered to be Top of the Line
