Side note: before the cocoa beans go through this process they are fermented and roasted. If you want to make your own chocolate please keep this in mind. You do not want to go in with raw beans, you will end up with a gross, bitter mess.

That's then probably molten down and mixed with sugar, maybe even a little fat mixed in; pretty sure he said pretty much all that in the video though, if you had actually paid attention instead of immediately going to the comments
