Pico de Orizaba is the tallest mountain in Mexico and is a popular climb for adventurers. What do you think of this daring challenge?

A narrator would be nice, so we could focus our attention on the video.

Cool footage! It reminds me of when i climbed this peak a few years ago. There's really nothing like looking out from a summit like this and knowing you made it

Seems moderate-advanced difficulty. Interesting why its featured on natgeo. Every year people climb much more advanced mountains. You should look into mountaineering/climbing world. You will be blown away if this video impresses you.✌

PantsB4Squares ikr, i climb this mountain just for training, i have even climbed a 4,600m peak that is near and the next day this one from 3,800 and i will camp at the top (5,700m) in some weeks. Where is my natgeo sponsorship?!

alpine start is not to avoid the storms, it's to avoid loose rock falls and avalanche which happens more frequently during the day/afternoon with rising temperature.

While Pico do Orizaba is indeed North America's highest volcano, it is not the highest mountain in North America. Alaska's Mt. McKinley) and Canada's Mt. Logan are higher. Pico do Orizaba is also considered to be one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world. It last erupted between 1545 and 1566.

Im confused at what you're thinking. There is no sea or body of water near by to scuba dive. Or do you mean, drive to the nearest sea (that is about 5-6 hrs away by car), then parachute and dive?

autorog1234 But, the video just said that Mexico city is nearby. Maybe I took it too seriously because I have a friend who does those activities in Mexico frequently.
