today we have replaced the clutch coupling with a pusher bearing, but it's still a bit stiff when you move on the acceleration from 1st to 2nd gear. What could be wrong? We also changed the new transmission oil. When the car stops, it's also harder putting in the 1st. gear

No you'd have to change the bell housing on it , I'm currently doing that same conversion but I'm using a 5a gearbox on a 4e engine all I'm doing is change the bell housing to a 4e bell housing and I'm good to go
