Xbox can't catch a break. I'll admit I was intrigued by SOT when it first was showcased and kinda wished I had an Xbox to play it and then the more I saw of it the more I realized it was going to be DOA when it finally launched. So far Xbox has Cuphead, which while cool is really just a party game to mess around with for a little and then put down. God of War - 95/100 Metacritic rating, 83 Critic Reviews 2. Spider-Man 3. Death Stranding 4. The Last of Us 2 5. Kingdom Hearts 3 6. Days Gone(I hope it's good) 7. Detroit: Become Human(Different type of game, always good) 8. MLB 18: The Show(X Box doesn't even have simulation baseball game) 9. Final Fantasy 7: Remake 10. Yakuza 6: The Song of Life 11. Nino-Kuni 2(It's on PC and not graphically demanding in my opinion but still) 12. Ghost of Shushima 13. Dreams(I hope it's good) 14. Concrete Genie 15. Lost soul aside(One man game, looks great) I can understand why X Box owners are angry with Microsoft. What was the purpose of Xbox One X if they are not releasing high quality single player games. I can play 3rd party game that look a little worse if you look closely if I can have graphics and games like Uncharted, Spider-Man, God of War, The Last of Us etc. Console's purpose is to release games that would create competition and innovation. I didn't even mention Persona 5, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Shadow of the Colossus Remake, Bloodborne, Infamous, Killzone, Rachet and Clank, The Last Guardian, Gravity Rush 2, Uncharted 4, Until Dawn etc for comparison. I hope Xbox release some great games so we can see more innovations. NBA Live failed and now look 2K is money hungry. They improved so much in 2K11 and 2K14 but now money hungry. We need competition. I don't have an Xbox because of this reason. I can play 3rd party game with less graphics than Xbox One X if I have great exclusives.

I was impressed with E3 reveal of this game last year, and I continue to be impressed by the continued footage and interview commentary this game's development team has continued to reveal in the past recent months. I am already pretty certain this will be the game that future super hero games look to for inspiration. The only game imo that will give Spiderman PS4 a serious fight for GOTY is Red Dead Redemption 2. PS: Thank GOD no loot boxes or micro transactions! Music to my ears.

I see it more as true re-playability. Trailer alone showed us multiple ways to approach the fight by diving in or sit back and stealth your way through. Truely amazing
