This sugar puff pastry is famous in Azerbaijan. Turns out it tastes really good, you should try it. This dish is also suitable for serving on holidays and Eid. The original recipe usually adds sour cream, this time I'm interested in the recipe Ellen's shared without sour cream. I made with a different method.

Sugar Puff Pastries
25 grams of sugar
50 grams of milk
1 medium size egg
1 and 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp salt
150 grams of salted butter
