Won't the concrete cause the roofing sheet to rust? I'm presently considering a hidden roof.

Not at all ! The roofing sheet are made for all weather! Also rain water are flowing at one direction as the front side it’s raised up and the back it’s lower so that all water drains at the back actually this type of roofing it is perfect for rain water harvesting ! Hope I’ve answer your question!

They used nylon on the gaps to stop cement when filling !

It will have gutter at the back All the water will be flowing back then the gutter will collect very good for rain Water harvest
