@@Avy42F You mean the 1978 resolution 425? ISR invaded LBN for a second time in 1982, backing the SLA's attempt to overthrow the LBN gov't after that mandate, because they never follow UN mandates. That occupation created Hez, who fought them for 18 years until they were pushed out without the deal with SYR they were hoping for in 2000. Because of a 1997 disaster that cost 73 personnel, PM Barak withdrew Israeli forces from southern LBN in 2000 on a campaign promise, not because they had a change of heart over a mandate after 22 years, plus they still occupy Shebaa Farms, so LBN has not considered them withdrawn - hence the continuous conflict. Prove me wrong.
