I think what you said about him being more American than most Americans is somewhat true. We are not always the loudest on some things, but when SHTF you will see true Americans coming from everywhere in all different cultures. That is not meant as a jab at Canadians, we love our brothers and sisters from Canada so don't take that wrong. And on the same note, I am quite sure, many Canadians would do the same.

Last I “heard”, someone claimed he says he’s awaiting his citizenship, but all internet information is questionable, so haven’t heard confirmation one way or the other. Like so many other foreigners, he acts more American than half of the Americans, so he’s kin to me. All of America is from somewhere else except the American Indians, but half of them don’t consider themselves “American”, so it’s a pointless, identity politics for debate to divide and conquer.
