Glad to see you back. You're not alone in your experience. It's been difficult and isolating these past 2 years. I'm glad you're sharing your experience though, It connects all of us going through something similar. 🌸

Lovely to see you again. Such a win-win, if making videos and talking to the camera is like therapy for you since watching your videos are therapy for me. One of my friends is going through something very similar as you are. Ever since covid and remote working/studying started, she's been developing very serious anxiety and seeing symptoms of some serious illness and being afraid of just dying during the night. Just know, that you are not alone with this and like you said, you're in perfect health and your head is giving you a hard time right now. You own your mind and you will win it, even if it takes time.

Thank you for sharing that 🥺 it is good to know I'm not alone. This fear is so real and it's so strange how more and more people are feeling this these days. I'm glad you are able to benefit from my videos! ❤

I use to watch your videos years ago when I was in college. And today I just randomly wondered if you still make videos…I feel like it’s synchronicity that I found this video because I start therapy for OCD tomorrow. It’s been something I’ve been dealing with for years but covid seriously has me at a breaking point. A lot of what you’re saying resonates with me. I hope everything mental health wise continues to get better for you! And I look forward to seeing more videos from you! And Thank you for sharing!!

Wow what a crazy coincidence! I'm so sorry you're dealing with this as well, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

It's okay. I really relate to how you are feeling. What really helped me was to remember that I would always have these panic attacks, but in the end I was always okay after they were done, and I would smile about it. And meditation really helped me

I'm here for you. Is so sad to think that even with all these people our soul can still feel so alone.. if you ever need another deep connection or friend. I'm here for whoever may need. Because things aren't purely on the mind just. We all need less judgement and more love and feel in the present moment.

I have been wondering how you’re doing… It’s good to see you. The pizza 🍕 and homemade bread looked delicious. I’ve had a really rough few months. But I’m still here. Don’t worry- things will get better for you (and me). Seeing your vlogs always makes me smile inside. 🦃

Dude I've been watching you for forever. It's just nice to hear from you. To see your changes and your growth. See your struggles and your humanity. You inspire me regardless of how you're feeling because you are inspiring, even if you're not doing anything but struggling. I appreciate it. You got this!

That sigh at 02:20 is real. My wife has severe OCD and the every day struggle is real, especially since COVID hit. You being mindful of how you feel and understanding what is helpful when experiencing those anxious thoughts is such a huge step. 👏 Keep moving forward and working on letting go of those thoughts!

How good to see you again. Like most people here, I was worried if everything was okay with you. Never feel pressured to make these videos, do them at your own pace. Baby steps :)

I get how hard it is to remember that things get better when you're in the middle of a struggle. Someone once told me that when you can't see your destination or don't feel like you're making any progress, take a look back to see the obstacles you've already conquered and how far you've come. I'm glad you've identified a path to feeling better!

I heard some people said it is not always motivation. It is more like something that make you tick, pushes your button. Anyways, everyone is having mental health problems. The system we are in, doesn't fix itself. But it's important to know the right actions and move towards that.

I’m sorry this time has been so tough on you. My wife has anxiety which already makes it hard to get out but covid has made it impossible at times. She appreciated hearing thoughts that she can relate to. So thank you for that. Zoom meetings have been a life line for us. Wish the best for you! Btw did I hear Mystery Men in the background?
