I miss home but is besides the point. The point is that back home during the summer time my town would have a celebration(an end of the summer if you would)and ever since 8 years ago when I turned 21 but for only 4 summers I enjoyed pouring beers for people at the beer tent. It was fun because I had learned to pour beer the correct way.

Craft beer just means small business beer. It's 'homegrown' as it were. The goal of craft beer it to produce a beer that has less additives and minimal/natural ingedients, rather than mass produced, chemical shortcuts by big companies. Craft beer takes far longer to make and is usually more expensive because it's far higher quality.
