If I could just recommend one thing: slow down and try to be more precise with what you're saying in coordination with what you're showing. For example, at 0:25 you're talking about the creamed cookie, but right as you end that sentence at 0:32, you have picked up a non-creamed cookie. So now the audience is questioning themselves if they heard you correctly and are trying to decipher which cookie the information you just gave is about. Love the science, hate the presentation though.
