there are many many recreuitment agencies for design, you just need to do a search and you will find them, make sure to have your portfolio ready to be shared ; )

Content? your website is only meant to add your work. Everything else is not needed. So if you hear "advice" into other content for your portfolio that is not work, ignore it. Selecting your work is already a huge task to accomplish.
