Is their a process where you separate the casket ashes from the remain before it goes into an earn or does the remain and the casket ashes all go into the earn?
@user-uo3tm1dv5i2 жыл бұрын
yeah i been told that only bones in the middle remans after burning so they pick up all bones and milled them separate from coffin ashes.....
@Oliversfuneralhomecrematorium2 жыл бұрын
The remains and the ashes from the casket all go into the urn. It is not possible to separate them after cremation.

I doubt that a shroud would be cheaper than a basic coffin anyway. Most direct cremation companies include a basic coffin in their prices. A body wrapped in a shroud would need to be on a sturdy flat surface with something solid at each end so that it can be charged into the cremator. I also doubt that your local crematorium would accept it - my crematorium has issues with wicker coffins flexing too much, never mind a body not in a sturdy container.@@user-uo3tm1dv5i

The Bible says ash to ash, dust to dust.
@lesbrewer31052 жыл бұрын
While ashes to ashes, dust to dust is not explicitly biblical, it is solidly based on Scripture. Genesis 3:19 reads, “By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return.” Genesis 18:27 records this statement from Abraham: “Now that I have been so bold as to speak to the Lord, though I am nothing but dust and ashes.” Similarly, Job lamented, “He throws me into the mud, and I am reduced to dust and ashes” (Job 30:19). In Ecclesiastes 3:20, Solomon declared, “All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return.” The saying ashes to ashes, dust to dust is a powerful reminder that God created us from dust (see Genesis 2:7), and that due to sin, our physical bodies will all eventually return to dust. We need to take our eyes off the things of this world and instead focus on eternity (Matthew 6:19-21). Our physical bodies will return to dust, but our spiritual being will return to God, to stand before Him in judgment (Hebrews 9:27). Through faith in Jesus Christ, that day can be a glorious one, rather than something to be feared.

@lesbrewer31052 жыл бұрын
@@brendadrumm9451 You are correct, Jesus rose on the third day and then later return to Heaven. Before he returned, Thomas (0ne of the twelve disciples) needed to put his finger into Jesus pierced holes . I believe people though do become confused on what choices they can make on cremation. For those who believe In Jesus, regardless to what they choose after death with their bodies still go home to the Lord.

A person has to buy a coffin for dignity get out of here man apparently they're being cremated because they don't have the money for a traditional burial
@Dinngg02 жыл бұрын
Personally I like the idea of cremation more than being embalmed and placed in a grave or crypt. It's not just about money. About the container, where I live a cardboard container works just fine. I don't know why a pine box would be needed when a cardboard one will do. It's not needed for very long.

I have plenty of money and only 39. I'm prepaying for my cremation so it's done and taken care of in the future so my kids have one less thing to deal with.
@warrenmorphis4208 Жыл бұрын
Too much of this industry is a blatant money grab. You're forced to pay extra for a cremation container, because a simple, and cheaper - cardboard box will "smoke too much" ? But you just said the crematory smoke goes thru a 2nd filtration process - then up and out the chimney/stack. Why too, can't the embalmed body be placed in just a shroud? Would the cloth also make too much excess smoke ? And if so - wouldn't clothing do the same ?
