Hello, What is ur view on Nshama town square community to investment for rental income. Still we get 1bed in 825k inwards, whereas in Al-Furjan 1bed costs 1.1 Miliion if we go with reputed devloper. Do you think DWC airport help to boost prices in Nshama? Also it is little close to Emaar New community " THE HEIGHTS".

DLD, joke right 😂😂😂, u really they're going to fight a case against themselves, do u know how many people have gone to the DLD and haven't been able to recover even one penny of the lost money they investes on off plan projects which failed to deliver, you think you can fight the law in dubai as a foreigner and expect to win
