Tom is amazing for many reasons, but my absolute favorite thing? He actually cares about his fans. It's not quite dialogue, of course, but when people like his music, he genuinely is happy and wants them to know that. He does stuff like this and finds videos of people singing his songs because he's touched by it. He just seems like a great guy all the way around.
