बेटों को घर में काम नही करना, पर संपत्ति के लालच में घर रखते हैं। बेटियों से घर में ही काम करवाना, पर उसका अपना घर छुड़वा कर दूसरे घर भेज देते हैं। जब घर में ही करना है तो अपने घर रहे, जिस घर की उसे आदत है। फिर घर के काम को लेकर कोई लड़ाई नहीं होगी। मां पिता की सेवा भी होगी। लड़के के घर से दूसरे घर जाने पर घर की व्यवस्था और सेवा बिगड़ेगी नही। पर नहीं बेटे को और मां बाप को एक दूसरे की संपत्ति का लालच जो है। ये सब पितृसत्ता में, मां बाप का बेटे की कमाई का लालच और बेटे का मां बाप की संपत्ति का लालच। यही सारी समस्याओं की जड़ है। बेटियां तो सिर्फ इस्तेमाल होती हैं। बेटियों से उनका घर छुड़वा कर समाज और परिवार अपने ऊपर श्राप लेता है। PATRIARCHY is fail and mother of all evil. Shouldn't a woman also be charged when she is seeking promotion using sex? It is like giving bribe only.. Aim of any law should be to punish the wrong doer and not some gender. Many geniune cases will also suffer because of this. I am aware of the cases of both nature where a woman extorted money out of the boy's family and also of a case where a woman is geniune sufferer. And as rightly pointed it gives motive to lawyers to extort money whereever they see the opportunity.

The other side of the coin is that men especially in positions of power would become smart enough to not fall for such favours. They would become permanent targets for the same women who after attaining power, would accuse them of se**ual exploitation/Me too and ruin their reputation and careers. It's already happening in the West where CEOs refuse to have even one-on-one meetings with women, insisting on keeping their cabin doors open or having another woman from HR present there.

I myself have been a victim of dowry demand and dowry death case. My in-laws filed case agsinst me and my family. She committed suicide in the house of her Fufa after living 3 moths there. She was in sexual relations with two boys before her marriage with me and she committed suicide out of frustration from her relations. This was a case of a good family of Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand.

सरकार के ऐसे अस्पष्ट कानूनों का फायदा जज उठाते है। सरकार ने किसी भी आशय से कानून बनाए हो, ग्लास को आधा खाली बताना है या आधा भरा हुआ बताना है, ये सब जज के हाथ में है। जज की मर्जी पर सब निर्भर करता है। इसी लिए आधे अधूरे कानून खतरनाक हो सकते है।

There should be another sub clause to address this. The sub clause should define the punishment if the allegation made by female proves to be false then they will be imprisoned for 10 years and fine. This will act as deterrent for atleast some potential cases which are filed with intention of exploitation.

Clause already exists. It's called perjury, meaning giving false testimony in court. But judges don't act on it as they're all scared of marxist/feminist lobby.

It is very easy to implicate men in any case pertaining to violence against women. The judges and justices in courts are human and thus are not barred from having an inclination towards the female in majority of the cases. A man accused is always assumed guilty for the alleged crime unless there is irrefutable evidence which goes in his favour. This is in stark contrast to the bookish “every individual is innocent until proven guilty” The lower courts assume every girl/woman to have directly teleported from Satyayuga into the Kaliyuga who are oblivious to the concept of promiscuity and lust. Also one cannot solely blame the judges because we have monsters in the garb of humans amongst us. Even after the observation of 70% cases of rape filled to be fake by the Supreme court, the introduction of such laws with drastic loopholes is the portrayal of the stance our society takes for the protection of men.

Please also talk sometimes about 498A and DV. I am a victim of such false cases. The main problem is there is no consequence to the woman for making allegations. Also, police just files criminal case, no investigation, no enquiry, just adds sections like 504, 503 to the chargesheet. Court gives interim without the woman submitting any income affidavit. 😔
