Poverty creates a survival mindset it kinda gives you tunnel vision it’s hard to see the bigger picture. You think in terms of 1-2-3 instead of 3-6-9 if you understand what I mean. That’s not accounting for the outside forces that created the situation of generational poverty and the manipulation that takes place to keep you there.

@@xenasty696x lol that's a great breakdown. psychology can get handed down generation to generation just like anything else. the street culture itself can turn a person who's straight-laced to someone who sees what they're doing as survival. it's the culture.
