The investors are taking more than they give....and destroy the beauty of Africa to look like Dubai. Hmm. In wealthy countries people are careful not to destroy old architecture. What happens with such buildings in Africa? Africa will never be free.

@@biologic9081 Flashy does not mean good. Many cheap things of bad quality are flashy. But the time will show. A capital is not the same a country. The hotels destry fishermens possibility for fishing and ofcourse the sea will be poluted. I do not live there but I have seen whats happening in some countries. Africa kan be beautiful on her own if she can get a chance.
@biologic90814 жыл бұрын
@@Flower-ck2bs Its quite difficult to side with you. According to the report, the city is growing so fast and expected to be over populated mega city in 10 years. Its obvious building vertically can be the most reasonable way to use limited land properly. Of course, the city planners must integrate environmental friendly and sustainable concepts, which will be good for all.

Wacha upuzi. Kenya kila siku mdomoni. Nairobi is smaller than Dar by population but each of its districts is bigger than Dar. Google Nairobi CBD(which is what you see) then google Westlands, Upper hill, and Ngong road drone shots. After that put its 5 districts together then compare it with Dar. Stop dreaming. They are talking population not the infrastructure in this video.
