I saw Nirvana in what I believe was their second to last concert before the end - it was in Grenoble France, in a tiny venue. Very intimate - you could get to about five people away (no seating) from the stage. There’s no way they were making much money from that last European tour.

Several musicians (including Brian May) have said that disagreements over songwriting credits is one of the biggest reasons bands break up, and that it solve a lot of arguments in Queen when they decided to share all song-writing credits.
