Pulav Recipe :
Add 4 tbsp's of oil into pan now roast all biryani spices,1 big oninon,few cashew nuts,few green chillies,curryleaves and mint leaves.Saute them well now add 1 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste ,2 tbsp of jeeracoriander powder,pinch turmeric powder,1/2 tsp of chilli powder,salt according to your taste.Fry them until raw smell disappears.Here i'm adding 1 1/2 kg sonamasuri rice it means 6 cups of rice.saute for few seconds.Now i'm adding 1 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.Atlast add 1 tbsp of ghee,few coriander leaves on top of rice.Tasty pulav ready now.
Chicken curry Recipe :
For preparing chicken curry here i'm taking 3 tbsp's of oil into pan added 2 yilachi,2 cloves,pinch of jeera,few green chillies,4 sliced onions,1 tsp of turmeric powder,1 tbsp of salt.Let them saute until onions turn golden brown colour.Now i'm adding gingergarlic paste and few curryleaves into it.
Add chicken when raw smell disappears.Saute it for 20 minutes.After that add blended texture of 1 tomato,2 cloves,1 cinnamon stick,2 yilachi,1 tbsp of coriander and 1/2 tsp of jeera,small coconut to it.Now cook it for 10 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves when oil separating now tasty and easy chicken curry ready to serve.
