@@majorr.r If you couldn't tell by the ad itself, AI generated videos and editing is still painfully easy to pick out most of the time. It can still be useful for doing tedious, simple edits that simply would've taken more time if done personally, but the people that use the software to generate full videos thinking they will be able to make money or gain a following without having to put in any work are only going to end up with a following of 500 bots at best. I saw a video that used some AI generated "grainy, black and white Vietnam war footage" where the US soldiers were clearly firing what looked like RPGs, or maybe MASSIVE "Thumper" grenades, out of the _AK-47s_ they were holding 😂 I think another guy was also firing flames (like via a flamethrower) out of his _pistol_ , lol.

I'm a former US Army Combat Engineer and let me tell you Italy isn't the only place to worry about VS-2.2 mines, they exported them to dozens of countries, specifically Iraq. In 2003 during the invasion, my platoon had to breach a minefield made of VS 2.2 mines by hand in darkness on Highway 8 so that the rest of the brigade could roll into Baghdad from the south at sunrise. The minefield was breached by hand under cover of darkness so as not to alert the Iraqi soldiers who were overwatching the minefield. In the lead-up to the invasion, we were constantly training on the MICLIC in Kuwait and my company went through so many live and training rigs it was insane. The thing is it was designed with warfare in Eastern Europe against the Warsaw Pact countries in mind, it really doesn't do much in the desert sand and unless it's actually sitting on top of or immediately next to a mine when it detonates it doesn't do much to modern ones that are resistant to overpressure detonations. They also don't work on pavement, something our sister brigade found out when they went to assault on Baghdad from the west out of the Airport when we were coming up from the south. They ended up having to breach the minefield by hand under fire after they woke up every Iraqi within 10 miles with the pointless MICLIC explosion.

Apobs is almost never used. As a combat engineer I have trained on the Bangalore and the brazer charge to breach wire. Never personally seen a mclc being used. Last time I seen an apobs was basic training.
