One of the best videos I've seen on your channel. I have that staggered forward facing foot position and my hips will rotate and I'll often pull my shots to the left when I miss because of it. Hoping this will fix that.

The guy in the video explained it well. I have the same problem..jumping as high as I can since I'm shorter. I would start practicing without jumping at all, and work on keeping everything in one motion from gathering through until the follow through. Then go to barely jumping. Also, practice from close range. Don't gather too much or bring your hands and arms up to fast where you hit your release point too early and may have to hold it which creates a hitch. I think of it as a golf swing. Upper and lower body has to be aligned and fluid for maximum consistency. Just my thought.

Get a friend to video tape you shooting. If your arms are fully extended before your hips, shorten your jump a touch. You can always try to built-up arm speed. Prioritize flow and speed over jump high during shots.

Gabe Bower biggest advice would be to try ONE change or tweak at a time. Lots of players try to implement 2,3, or 4 things at once and it’s a disaster.

Snap your fingers on your follow through, that's the main cause of backspin. Another thing is having a one motion jumper I guess

Keep your weak hand on the side of the ball as a guide, not too much on top as well. This allows the ball to rotate faster and more smoothly front to back instead of sideways or without much spin at all.

You compared how he jumps inside the 3 line to how he jumps straight up and down on a mid range, which he still shoots like that inside just different on the outside, well not really cuz he has shot many shots like that from the three back then.
