If you want as a career whichever language or languages you speak just type in google for example Urdu/Pashto/Punjabi/Hindi etc jobs in the US then apply for a government job DoD/FBI etc. There are different companies who hire linguists for Government. If you want more salary then accept a position overseas with more benefits.

Ada Imtiaz Chandio Sain nice worked! 👍 The reason people apply for gas station and desi grocery shop, they like to work more extra hours on cash, these people avoid to pay tax also new comers are like to work in their desi environment that's why it happened there. Some people they have educated but they don't trust on their ability or skills. Most important point is how you think, your mental approach & trust on your professional skills then you apply or looking a job in big American chain stores. Where you will not to get fully hours at the beginning and pay tax properly, you will build up your credit history which will be helpful in your future career. Pakistani mostly entangled typical desi environment, actual English language is also their problem, they don't have trust on themselves. Sorry to say they are not broad minded because of their typical background. I personally palpable these are the main reasons that's why Pakistani people are suffering there.
