1) सबसे पहली बात इस वीडियो मे कोई नये तर्क नहीं थे और ना ही यह विश्लेषण किसी खास नतीजे पर पहुंचा है , लेखी साहब बहुत सुलझे हुए पत्रकार है और उनसे मैं हमेशा ज्यादा बेहतर की उम्मीद करता हू 2) जिक्र किया गया CAT के बयान और खुलासे का , जो के हम सब जानते है CAT तो खुद बदनाम है पंजाब मे innocent killings में , पिंकी CAT जैसे लोग खुद Fake सिख encounters का खुलासा कर चुके है और ऐसे मे किसी CAT से जुड़े व्यक्ती की घटना से 7-8 साल बाद किए खुलासों पर यकीन करने का सवाल ही पैदा नहीं होता 3) CAT urf Gen hardyal के किये खुलासे को एकबार गौर भी किया जाए तो उस मे कोई साफ़ संकेत नहीं थे और सवाल उल्टा CAT जैसे पूरे org पर उठता है के भारत जैसे देश मे क्या civilians automatic weapons carry कर सकते है local police और अर्धसैनिक बल की सह पर , वैसे इसका उदाहरण तो हमे manipur मे भी देखने को मिल रहा है कैसे govt majority community civilians को हथियार दे कर मणिपुर की minority community के खिलाफ खड़ा कर रहीं है 4) लेखी जी ने जिक्र किया आखिरी बचे हुए बस कांड के suspect के बारे मे , दोषी word इस लिए ईस्तेमाल नहीं किया because भारतीय न्याय सहींता कहती है , innocent until proven guilty , तो जिक्र किया गया कुछ साल पहले हुए interveiw का उस khadku का , पर ताज्जुब की बात है के पत्रकार उनका बयान ना तो audio ना video मे record कर पाए , जब के कुछ साल पहले तक तो कैमरा और recorder आम हो चुके थे तो किसी के खुद किए गए खुलासे यह कैसे माने जाए के वो अस्ल मे उस person के है जिसे दोषी बनाया गया जब के अब वो खुद को defend करने के लिए भी नहीं है , सुनी सुनाई बातों के आधार पर अगर न्याय होता या कोई दोषी साबित होता तो पता नहीं कितने लोग कब के दोषी हो जाते , ऐसे ही नाम ईस्तेमाल करना सही नहीं है 5)अगर चश्मदीद यह कहते है के जिन्होंने बस से उतार कर हिन्दुओ को मारा उनका तरीका Sikh khadku लोगों जैसा नहीं था और वो कातिल cold-blooded थे और professional थे यह काफी है Indian agencies की involvement की तरफ इशारा करने के लिए , दूसरा इसी के साथ जो वो हिन्दू औरत और उसके बेटे को छोड़ दिया गया यह काफी सवाल पैदा करता है , अगर मारने आए लोगों का मकसद सिर्फ हिन्दू Target killing था तो उस लड़के vijay kumar में ऐसा क्या खास था , लेखी जी ने कहा के एक दहशतगर्द ने आश्वासन दे दिया था इस लिए , क्या यह मजाकिया नहीं के जो मारने आए है वो किसी ना किसी के बेटे को तो मार ही रहे थे तो उनके लिए एक और को मारना क्या बड़ी बात थी , अगर ठीक से जांच होती तो शायद पता चलता के vijay kumar का वो करीबी होगा या जानने वाला होगा अब वो अपनी पहचान तो उजागर कर नहीं सकता था तो उसे vijay को बचाना भी था इसी लिए उसने vijay को बचाया और बाकी के कह रहे होंगे के ऐसे उनपर शक हो सकता है अगर उन्होंने 7 हिन्दुओ को मार दिया और उस एक लड़के vijay को छोड़ दिया , ....कभी is angel से जांच की ही नहीं गयी , 6) कितना हास्यास्पद होगा के हमारे पास लोगों के 1981-1982 के तो वीडियो record available है पर Sukha kakad के कंधे पर बंदूक रखकर सिखों को दोषी बनाने की कितनी बड़ी साजिश खेली जा रहीं है ,जिसका ना तो कोई बयान रिकार्ड है ना वीडियो recorded बयान है और उसका बयान सुनाया किस ने पत्रकारों ने और लेखी जी ने कहा के उस हिन्दू औरत ने अपनी दास्तान सुनाई थी जो के अखबारो मे भी छापी गयी थी ,तो कितना असान है किसी के लिए उन बयानों को शकुंतला देवी के जो अखबारो मे छपे थे उनके behalf पर sukha kakad को quote करते हुए एक कहानी बनाना , हम सब जानते है उस समय Fake encounter का चलन बढ़ा था govt से positions हांसिल करने के लिए , और कुछ पत्रकारों को conspiracy theories create करके famous होना था , जिन पत्रकारों ने sukha kakad का बयान लिया जब उनके पास मुलाकात और बयान का कोई सबूत नहीं तो कोई कुछ भी बना दे खुद से , क्युकी शकुंतला देवी का बयान तो न्यूज मे था ही , सिर्फ दूसरी तरफ की स्टोरी बनाकर उसे interesting बनाना था , यह सब फालतू की बातें है तो conclusion यही है कयास लगाए जा रहे है खाली और बे मतलब बिना पूरी जांच के सिर्फ किसी का नाम ले देने से वो दोषी नहीं हो जाते
