I was diagnosed with diabetes in Apr'23. My hba1c was 11.2 then. I started exercising and eating a healthy diet. Stopped eating rice, potatoes, junk foods, sweets etc. also lost 8 kgs weight.. then within 3 months my hba1c came down to 6.2 and since then my blood sugar is under control touchwood

@@satyajitmaitra3338 my diet chart won't suit you as my weight and height are different than yours.. diet charts are always personalized. Moreover we have to eat less calories than we need in order to lose weight.

In my breakfast I eat fruits with vitamin c like pineapples, mangoes etc along with walnuts.. so that I may get vitamins, fiber, minerals and protein, good fats instead of high calories n bad carbs
