The heavy lifting would be on how you are gonna productionize it . The NLU complexity is handled by the dialogflow engine and could be even developed inhouse too, but the majority of the portion would be how you are going your different layers talk and intelligently route the data around .

60% self service what happens with the 40 % who does want service. There are no services any longer and from what i experienced the paid service does not work for me neither. Service and help etc is gone very bad, people walk away in the long run. Is there a consideration at all any more.
