My God! You're such an inspiration!! 👍💐 You should do a Tedtalk so people like myself would totally forget and forgive the harm caused by professional negligence and/or ineptitude! Thank you 🙏🌹

Very kind of you to say, I really appreciate it. I don’t know that I either forgive or forget but I try to learn from the experiences of employers that have not made things accessible for me and try to carry them over into other experiences. For example, I am currently in talks with the national organizational partner for the job I currently have about making programming materials and resources more accessible for staff as well as students. I hope that someday I can maybe put everything I’ve learned into a talk of some kind, I’m just starting to do some professional speaking and contract work, so maybe that’s in the cards someday :-) thank you for watching and commenting, I appreciate it.

Wow, great explanation of ROP!! Got it myself, was born in the 60s,, Man, the questions can be annoying, but being blind is its own animal, but so glad to be alive too😊

@@vicpease5009 absolutely! I wouldn’t be alive to complain about it sometimes if a lot of really smart people hadn’t figured out a lot of really cool things. Nice to meet you! Thanks for checking it out.

Hi There, so sorry I only came across this yesterday. I know all all about being born early(although I was 2 pounds 10 ounces at the end of 1969 very early for then). I was born with mild CP, Epilepsy, later on they discovered I had cataracts. I know my Mom had been warned I might blind due to the incubators too. Cheers, Will from Scotland.

Hi there! Nice to meet you and thank you for taking time to watch and comment, that’s really impressive especially for the time period, the mortality rate was pretty high when I was born, I can’t imagine the late 60s being obviously any better, that’s wild that you made it too!

Perfect vision....tip of my nose. It all vanishes in a quick hurry. ... incubators, necessary. Motor skills relative necessaty.
