Try to understand the Book rather than memorizing it. I left Islam while doing so. Thats why I advise you.

​@@Ahraz792 I hate to say it but not everybody goes through the same mental struggles you went through. Where I am from, the chances that people will get doubts about Islam's authenticity is almost NONE. Here, nobody has any doubtful thoughts about whether Allah exists or not, or doubts like why Islam and why not any other religion, etc. And the reason why nobody experiences such doubts is because Quran is embedded in the lives of the believers here. Even if they don't read the translation of Quran word by word, they still understand its message and meaning via their interactions with other believers. So, my advice to you and other Muslims like you who encounter such thoughts and doubts is to surround yourself with believers. It is because of your environment that you are doubting Allah's existence or His religion. Change your environment. Seek more time in Mosque. Spend time among believers. Yes, at first it will be boring, but you will get used to it over time and it will help you succeed in the way of Allah. Plus, in case you are thinking that those who don't get such doubts never become true Muslims, then you are wrong. It is actually a bit opposite. Those who never doubted Allah's existence or His religion are actually more closer to Him than those who doubted.

So what do you think of him who acts according to this?” [Reported by Imam Ahmad and Abu Dawud]. As salamu Aleykum Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If one of you is (sitting) in shade that diminishes in size, resulting in part of his body remaining in the sun and the rest under shade, he should get up and move.” (Abu Dawood, no. 4821; Saheeh al-Jaami‘, no. 748) The reason for this is that this is the position favoured by the Shaytaan. The evidence is the Prophet’s prohibition of sitting partially in the sun and partially in shade. He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “This is the place where the Shaytaan sits.” (Ahmad, 3/413; Saheeh al-Jaami‘, No. 6823)

Is it necessary to memorize the Quran? This is the duty of the priest, yours. Your questions should not exceed your need. You do not help others, they are not even brought up in religion by their parents, but by God's henchmen, the righteous, they memorize the Koran for a long time and in silence alone together with the gift of transcendence given to them from God.
