How to Recite A Juzz A Day? Recite The Whole Qur'aan Each Month!

How to read a juzz a day? (Recite it in Arabic?
The Qur'aan has 30 parts (juzz/ajzaa/para) of approx 20 pages each.
If we would recite a juzz a day, we'd complete the Qur'aan every month.
*Consider your fluency.
If it takes you more than 5 mins to recite a page, maybe this is not the right goal for you?
*Pomodoro timers (25 mins each)
*Flip through a juzz a day if you can't completely finish it
*Use Atomic Habits principles:
make it obvious
make it attractive
make it easy
make it satisfying
*Resistance to start? Procrastination
Resistance after you've started? Feedback

Is it true when you study our attention span is 20 minutes long so after 20 minutes to take a break? Or I guess it's different for everyone as we are all individuals

I think that's why most of those pomodoro timers are 25 mins. I certainly find it harder to focus without taking a break at around the 30 min mark.
